United Mental Health Promoters (UMHP)
The United Mental Health Promoters program supports Transitional Age Youth (TAY) ages 18 to 25 who were impacted by COVID-19. We offer early intervention services such as housing support, employment assistance, essential resources, and wellness workshops that help young adults strengthen stability, build connections, and progress toward their goals with confidence.
Developing Opportunity and Offering Reentry Solutions (D.O.O.R.S.)
D.O.O.R.S. offers a creatively inclusive and welcoming community for justice-involved individuals and their families to rebuild with dignity and support. Here, you can connect to essential services that help create stability and open new opportunities, including: – Housing assistance – Employment guidance and placement support – Education and skill-building opportunities – Connections to mental health and substance use services through community gatherings and wellness resources, this program helps you steady your footing, regain confidence, and step toward new possibilites with hope.
JCOD Care Management (Formerly RICMS)
The Justice, Care, and Opportunities Department supports justice-impacted individuals and communities by coordinating services that prioritize healing, stability, and opportunity. This county initiative brings programs together under one system to advance LA County’s Care First, Jails Last vision and ensure people receive that support they need to move forward with dignity.
