WEDO CCAV is here to help you thrive.

COVID-19 Recovery
WEDO Connect is a community-based outreach initiative designed to bring pandemic-recovery resources to local residents. With support from our WEDO network of partners and a specialized crew of community workers, WEDO Connect is helping people overcome hardships created by the pandemic.
Resources available through WEDO Connect include:
- Free flu shots, immunization and primary healthcare.
- Linkages to additional health-related services, such as free COVID-19 testing and vaccines.
- Emergency groceries and other necessities.
- Job search support, including interview prep and clothing.
- Legal resources for COVID-related housing issues.

Neighborhood Health Homes
The Neighborhood Wellness Homes are located at East Landsford Street and 1102 West Avenue H-5 in Lancaster.
Available resources include:
- Consultations with CCAV community ambassadors to get connected with valuable social services programs.
- Support for everyday necessities including groceries, hot meals and baby supplies.
- Job readiness support, including assistance with resumes and interviews.
- Immunizations and basic healthcare services.
- Fun family events and activities.
